National Sales Manager

Performs the overall management of the Sales department.

Sales department business performance measurement. Develops a system of KPIs, based on the local market data, aligned for sales force, pharmacy chains in order to measure the team’s performance and motivate for the Country targets achievement. Participates in preparation & supports the implementation of the sales incentive schemes: principles, algorithms and methodology of calculation. Controls, monitors and measures the business performance within the Russia against the short- & long-term plans and interprets the organization’s operating results. Ensures the maximum transparency of the data.

Drives and develops sustainable business growth via creating and implementing strategic and operational plans of CH in order to delivery of key targets and contributes to the strategic direction. Responsible for timely and optimal planning, distribution and control of investments and sales in accordance with marketing and sales plans. Ensures timely and quality reporting concerning sales, expenses, and marketing activities.

Manages the marketing activities of the Consumer Health Division. If necessary, participates in the development of marketing activities in cooperation with marketing department.

Responsible for the development of all promotion channels in the sales department and the coordination of actions with the commercial department, and the marketing department.

Development of strategic plan on working with Pharmacy chains in Russia in order to achieve the set goals and permanent growth of sales, share of CH products in common goods turnover of Pharmacy chains. Establishes and develop business partnerships with management of Pharmacy Chains in order to ensure the sell-out and necessary stock level in Russia.

Initiates and leads projects in terms to increase sales and improve business processes within the sales department as well as cross-functional.

Controls the tactical plans of the regions and the implementation of the strategy of the sales department in the territory through regular business trips to the regions and selective field visits.

Knows, observes and follows legislative and the regulatory legal acts, regulating the production and economic & financial activities of the entity, the resolution of federal, regional and local authorities of the government and management, determining the priority directions of development of economy and a pharmaceutical industry, and the program of law-abiding behavior in the company Bayer.

Требования

Higher education. (Education in management, economics is an advantage)

Work experience in a large pharmaceutical company 10 years+, including experience in management of several levels of subordinates from 3 years.

Knowledge of the pharmaceutical market and competitors. Knowledge of the OTC segment is an advantage.

Excellent presentation and communication skills.

Strategic thinking.

Management in conditions of uncertainty: management skills in conditions of constant change and uncertainty;

Experience with PC and good knowledge of the entire package MS Windows, Outlook, Internet, as well as the corporate electronic reporting system for medical representatives.

Having a driver's license and driving experience.

Fluency in English (oral and written).
